What's the deal with Corsair support.

They don't respond to any contacts and they don't answer the phone. Ordered a cable days ago that said in stock. Now it says out of stock and still no replies. I could have bought it somewhere else and had it here for the weekend if you just told me it was out of stock. Not a good sign for a company that make such good products.



Unanswered ticket's for two different issues. 6443142 6442188 6442549 Plus now I see a message I added to a ticket was deleted. wow
