Ticket 6475895

I posted a faulty Corsair Air Voyager to the address in the Netherlands close to three weeks ago, but have yet to here anything back from Corsair as to what's happening. I had expected to have it turned around with a few days - their website suggested it would only take 2-3 days excluding delivery for a replacement/fix to be returned.



I've logged in to the ticketing area and there is no update on the ticket. The customer service chatbox on the left shows that customers service is permanently offline and I can't get through on the US tollfree number using Skype. There is also no customer service email that I can find.



How can I get an update on this ticket?
