Can a PSU back slower my pc?

Since mounting the psu rm650 my games Frames are worse :confused:



I have a Gigabyte 670 windforce with 4gb VRAM



With my other PSU i play BF4 in 1080p all in ultra at perfect 60fps constant but now my frames go to 45,30,50 :(:



is this possible?
