Hi everyone.
Several years ago I got tired of paying for pre-built systems and decided to begin building my own. The initial set of components was purchased through a discount provider. Unfortunately I had nothing but problems with that initial purchase and subsequent replacements, but fortunately those problems led me a solution: Corsair.
My first solution was replacing a cheapo power supply with the 1000w Corsair model I am using today. The next solution was replacing the even-cheaper memory sticks with Corsair Vengence.
I had one problem with the first Corsair power supply that I purchased, and Corsair reacted to my problem in two ways:
The first thing they did was replace the product without question or hassle. I had the replacement within 2 days, and it has worked perfectly ever since.
The second thing they did was make it very clear they take a great deal of pride in providing quality products.
Now that I'm ready to build a new system, because of the way Corsair has treated me in the past I'm going to start building it the right way using a Corsair case.
It looks like I'll be starting with the Corsair Obsidian, which I will likely purchase by the end of this week. On top of that, I'll be posting a few questions in the other threads so that I can make better decisions on the products I place inside it.
I feel very good about doing business with Corsair, and know that when I buy Corsair, I buy a product that's going to last.
