Need a new motherboard with real temperature guage

Hi everyone.

I'm preparing to build a new system. I've chosen to begin with Corsair's Obsidian case, now I need to chose a new motherboard.

I'm currently using a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard ( http://ift.tt/1lszGqJ or http://ift.tt/1lszDLu )

I'm very happy with Gigabyte because of one particular feature:

This motherboard has a real temperature gauge next to the CPU. This allows a more accurate measurement of the cpu temperature, and ambient temperature within the case.

My apartment is on the 15th floor that faces south with the wall being made entirely of glass -- and I don't have air conditioning. So, I need a real temperature measurement device otherwise my system will melt (it has in the past).

I'm happy to stay with Gigabyte, but will consider other boards.

I need to be able to produce studio-quality video and audio through the motherboard, and this build I also want it to hold 2 long graphics cards.

I plan to use the AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 ( http://ift.tt/1v1Hrxr ) processor (and I refuse to knowingly use Intel products).

First Question:

What is the most advanced Gigabyte motherboard I can get as an upgrade from my existing?

Second Question:

What are my other options for motherboards? I need real temperature measurement, excellent audio and video, and I'd like to max out the memory as well.

All constructive feedback is welcome and will be considered.

Thank you,

Buck
