I was wondering if you could help me, about a year and a half ago I won a giveaway sponsored by Corsair, http://ift.tt/1vaeMny with a k60, m60 and a vengeance 1300 headset. I've been using the K60 since, I gave the M60 to my son and the headset I kept in the box because I already had a fairly decent one. That finally died and the other night I went to pull out the 1300 and found that the headset was broken, the right earpiece was dangling when I lifted it and no sound would come out when connected on the right side. I know it was still new, the box was still sealed when I opened it.
I imagine it is still under warranty, but I'm not sure how I'd even handle an RMA since I don't even have a receipt. If you have any advice how I can deal with this, I'd appreciate it. I'm including a photo of the unit, as you can see it was brand new and unused.
