I'm trying to take the XMS3 Corsair P/N CMX8GX3M1A1339C9 When I put in 2 of this RAM in, the bios sometimes loads, but then windows will freeze up as soon as it tries to start up.
I've tried inserting the two 4GB one at a time and starting the computer up with only one in. I've switched them around the slots; like had one RAM card in slot and the other empty, then tried it with the first slot empty and the other slot with the RAM card. Windows still will not boot up. Will freeze up at the Windows 7 Splash screen. No it will not boot with one modules installed. whether it’s one stick or 2 sticks it hangs up on the windows start screen...
