How do I use the firmware reset button on K65 RGB?

My computer froze in the middle of updating the keyboard firmware. Now when I go to the "Device" tab in the CUE software, the page is blank. I assume the firmware was messed up during the update/freeze.



So, how do I reset the firmware?



I see the firmware reset hole on the back of the keyboard, so I assume it involves inserting a paper clip... but I'd like the official instructions rather than calling support... When? For how long? etc.
