How to get a lighting profiles to start after one ends?

basically i am trying to do one key switching to red at a time threw out the keyboard



like `1234567890-= qwertyuiop asdfghjkl;'

so if i assign a lighting profile to do `1234567890-=

how can i make the next line start and that one end ?
