K70 Issues, it types, but nothing else works

I load into the software, and it pops up telling me I need to update the firmware. I tried that, and then tried to adjust the lighting.

It didn't work, and then told me the keyboard status was "malfunction" so, I rebooted, and it was still "malfunction". I uninstalled the CUE, rebooted, reinstalled it, rebooted, now it wants me to update the drivers, but it won't actually install them.

Also, I still get "Malfunction". I just want it to work man, is that so hard?

I should also add, it's plugged in via USB 2, and yes, I plugged in the arrows one first.
