After following all the steps of install (even only plugging in the 1 usb since it was 3.0), I installed the software and everything seemed fine. I firmware update to 1.12 and suddenly the lights will not change color.
They are stuck on the red with white slowly blinking arrows/WASD. While the software says they are changing when I create new profiles, nothing happens to the physical keyboard.
What did I do wrong?
