I've got my K70 RGB today and there are two issues.
First, one key doesn't glow. It's the key next to the left shift key (German layout). As it's passively lit a bit by the surrounding keys I'm thinking about ignoring it. Not sure yet. It brings back bad memories of my previous K70(s) with failing LEDs. I really hope that the other LEDs stay intact.
Second, I need to set the switch on the keyboard to BIOS mode. Otherwise the XIM4 (an adapter to use mouse and keyboard with various gaming consoles) doesn't detect the keyboard. It is a known issue and was already the case with the previous K70 model. That in itself is not so much of a problem. But with this new model pressing any key in that mode acts as if the brightness button is pressed. That makes the keyboard completely unusable in BIOS mode. Is that a "feature"? Can that behavior be disabled? If not, please make than an option in the next firmware update. This mode is not only important for "very old PCs" but also for mouse and keyboard adapters for consoles.
