No response on ticket #6524006

I am in need of a RMA and a quick SSD replacement. The original response I got was quickish. After I supplied the information I was asked for, I haven't received any new information or progress. It is getting infuriating being down my only non-work supplied PC. It looks like even with an RMA I could be down another couple weeks to a month. This is unacceptable. It is unacceptable that my SSD has failed already. This whole process needs to fixed and or watched/ executed properly. Corsair you are failing your customers right now.
