Steam made my lights / Cue profiles not work anymore?

hey guys just a update about steam.

before when i use to launch steam it just use to make my keyboard freeze then i would use the polling rate switch in the back and just flick it all the way left then back all the way to the right and it would fix it?



then last night i tried it and it got stuck

so this morning

i unplugged the keyboard got the stock red and white lights back

uninstalled then reinstalled the software did not help restarted both times

did not work and in the software i cant get to my profiles

it lights up white but when i click it nothing happens



anyway to fix this that you guys know of so far?
