I bought a vengenace 1500 refurbished headset a few months ago and one of the ears stopped outputting sound a few days ago. I opened an RMA, but noticed on my receipt that yesterday was the 90 day mark since purchase. Will Corsair still be willing to replace the faulty part?
I had purchased the same headset new a little more than a year ago and loved it, but it stopped working in the exact same way - the cable faults out where it meets the volume control module. I had enjoyed it enough to give it another chance, but if I can't get this replaced it may be the end of me using Corsair headsets. I love the way they feel but after two stopped working it makes me cautious. Perhaps wireless would be a smart choice :P
