K70 rgb, backlight problem

Hey! I've had my K70 rgb for about 2 days now, and one of the keys won't lit up. When I start my computer, all the light work, but when I come into windows, this one button won't work at all. I've tried using the default profile, resetting the button and updating the firmware.

Noting seems to work, what can I do?
