Keyboard crashing and not recognized?

Hello. I have gotten my K70 RGB keyboard with the red switch like 3 days ago. I have been getting lots of crashes with the cue software and i tried reformating my windows. When I try to plug in the other usb port with 2 arrows, it says unrecognized. i tried every usb port in my computer at every bios setting. help please ;(
