Underclocking DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2800MHz

My 5930K memory controller is a dud and it doesn't handle more than 2666MHz on 100 strap.



How can I push my Corsair Vengeance LPX2800MHz 1.2V?



It is reasonable to push that RAM at 2666MHz with 1.35V with 14-16-16-31-1T?
