Corsair Headset Software not working!

When I right click on the icon in the system tray, the "restore" option is greyed out! if I double click, it disappears.



also, if I just launch the .exe, it says "Corsair Vengeance headset has stopped working"



Any ideas? :(:



edit: I tried both versions on the Corsair website, CorsairHeadsetSetup_Release_2.0.16(signed).msi and CorsairHeadsetSetup_Release_2.0.35.msi
