Grateful

I have to make some positive remarks on how Corsair takes care for their customers. My first K70 keyboard showed some heavy worn spots on its spacebar, and it got replaced without any second thoughts.



After I've got a new keyboard, the replacement gaming keycaps that came with it weren't as good as they should be. So I was asked to drop a PM, and Corsair Technical Marketing answered that I would get some new replacement keycaps without the need of sending the old ones return.



So I guess it would be only fair to say that I'm very pleased the way everything got solved.
