H100i failed firmware upgrade, now it is not detected

Hello. I received a message this morning to upgrade the firmware on my H100i, so I ran the update tool. It failed half-way through and the fans would not stop going full blast. I rebooted several times with no change. I found a post about a new version of Corsair Link being available, so I followed the steps of uninstalling the old version, removing the folder under AppData\Roaming, and installing the new version of CL. Now the fans run fine, but the H100i isn't detected. It reads "Unknown Device." When I check in the Device Manager, there is an unknown USB device as well. Uninstalling this and reinstalling does nothing.
