Hydro 100i poor quality fan screws

I do like my new h100i except for the screws that attach the fans to the radiator. You should be warned that if you try multiple times to attach the fans to the radiator it seems that either the screws or the holes will fail. Corsair sent me replacement screws, they seemed slightly larger than the ones that came in the box. However the new screws are still not secure or tight. The fans do stay up there and the new screws are only slightly better than the ones included in the box.
