K70 RBG Disable Windows Key Settings doesn't Load proper!

The Software(1.2.77) FW 1.13 must have a bug cause I cannot, for the life of me, get it to boot to disabled state. Anyone able to get it to boot to disabled state?

I know it's not a big deal but it's still a bug.
