M65 mouse freezes but buttons still work

Vengeance M65. Randomly mouse freezes but buttons still work. Only re-plugging helps. Occurs quite often. Newest firmware. Different USB's sockets (2 and 3) tried on several computers.

Is the mouse faulty? Should I return it?
