I just got the Carbide air 540, and the LED on the power button isn't working, but the hard drive activity LED is.
Also, I am having MAJOR difficulty getting any kind of fan to not produce vibration noise from the front of the case only. The back exhaust doesn't do it and neither does the top of the case.
It is a eery noise. Here is a video of what's happening:

I have tried fan gaskets, plugging into a fan controller and up and down on the rpm's, only plugged into the MB, loosened and tightened the screws. Nothing stops it! I have tried several fans. Please help!
I should also note that the noise comes with and without the front mesh attached, or the top mesh.
