Corsair Raptor K40 Major issue

I was gifted a K40 for Christmas but there seems to be a large issue with the keyboard.



Whenever I press the "A" button, caps lock is triggered. This is fresh out of the box and I have updated the firmware. I also cannot press left shift because it also triggers the button beside it. So whenever I use left shift it comes out as "|".



Any help is appreciated.
