K70 RGB doesn't work when the softare minimizes

Hello, everyone

I have a problem when using my corsair k70 i have to keep the corsair software maximized in order for the profile effects to work. Once I minimize the software it goes back to default lighting.

even when i have a window above the software when open the profile lighting effects don't workl just back to default.

Anyone have any ideas?
