Profile keeps switching

Hey guys I currently have a profile I made set as default, however, when ever I exit the program (or simply click on something other than the utlitiy software, I end up being forced back to my original profile.

I have already set the profile I want to default and I downloaded the profile to the keyboard to no avail. Any ideas?
