Raptor HS40 Incorrect Channels

I have received Raptor HS40 headset for Christmas, i have plugged in the USB installed the drivers and obtained the latest software from Corsair.



However when testing the sound i noticed that the left channel was coming out the right speaker and vice versa.



I have searched to find out how i can rectify this issue with no success and im hoping someone here can help.
