Hello Corsair Community,
I seem to have a weird problem on my hands with my new Corsair AX1200i Power Supply and I'm hoping that someone here could help me out.
I bought a new Corsair AX1200i just last week and it's working perfectly fine until I had to move my computer off my table to clean my table.
It seems that the PSU switch doesn't seem to want to turn off. You'd press the switch down but then it would pop back up by itself. Here is a video below showing you the issue.
I've done a few troubleshooting steps to see if that fixes the issue like;
- Disconnected all molex cables from PSU
- Self-test
- Installed drivers and uninstalled them
- Taken PSU out of the case
Does anyone know what this could be? Has anyone else had this issue? I've searched all over the internet and couldn't find any post in regarding this issue.
