Corsair Link doesn't do Sh**

So I got my new sp fans yesterday and installed them immediately. While the fans connected to my mobo are nice and quiet, the ones on my h100i linked to corsair link seem to just not respond to the speeds I set them to. Re-installed corsair link, updated h100i firmware, windows 8.1
