XMS3 DHX with Z97X compatible?

I have one question please.



I build one new system and I have problem I think with the memory kit are not compatible and the system not start I don't get the bios and resive a debug error C0..

Memory XMS3 DHX — 4GB Dual Channel Memory Kit (TW3X4G1333C9DHX) and motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK ..



Any suggestion please..
