Does a H105 fit on an existing LGA1155 bracket?

I've just ordered a H105 cooler to go on my Intel Core i5-2500K and ASUS P8Z68-V LX (overkill I know, but I plan on upgrading to a 4790K later down the line!) and have a question for you guys...



I was just wondering, will it attach to the existing bracket that the stock Intel cooler is currently on or will I need to strip it all down and use all the components that come with the H105?
