So I recently upgraded to WIN 8.1 and have finished updating everything, so I go to install my headset (Which was working fine on Win 7) and I can't find my quick startup guide or the install book, so I did it the best I could from memory. It seemed to install correctly, but then when I plugged in the dongle, and turned on the headset correctly... Nothing plays through the headset. When I play sound it still comes through the normal speakers. I go to look at the playback settings, and the right corsair gaming headset device is there, but do not get any signal. When I open the device manager in the computer management program the headset shows up as current under "sound, video and game controllers," but does not show under "audio inputs or outputs."
What do I do? I've tried uninstalling at least four times, I've tried installing with devices plugged in, and without being plugged in. Could someone please post the quick start guide on here so I can possibly have a reference as I lost mine and corsair offers no pdf backup on their downloads page. Thanks!
