m65 rgb frustrating to use

So I had my m60 for 3 years or so (about a year of that was with a dodgy scroll wheel and recently it had got worse) so I thought that it would be time to 'upgrade' as a small birthday gift to myself.

Honestly I'm disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the build quality and the rgb's are amazing which is just what you would expect from corsair. However, this mouse handles so badly, I don't know whether its the laser sensor or what but it seems to be impossible for me to actually land my mouse cursor on things, it has severely crippled my gaming and I am actually considering plugging in this cheapo mouse I bought from a chinese site for $1 as I know for a fact it will track just fine..

The frustration of trying to get the mouse cursor on something and not being able to is the worst thing I have ever experienced, it makes me feel like cutting off my arm or something its really strange.

I did write to support about my m60 scroll wheel problem, the rma and everything was set up I just didn't want to pay the high price it was (like £20 if i remember correctly) to ship a mouse out so I didn't bother with it.. kinda wish I did now. (too late now too since I have opened up the mouse to see if the issue was being caused by dust, which it didn't seem to be)

I also have a ticket there regarding my power supply, I haven't bothered updating it because I know I will end up having to pay an incredibly high price to ship it back to you guys so right now i have the old broken power supply still in my case while my spare power supply powers the PC from the desk next to it.. http://ift.tt/1tZ4rxh

I have made sure that all the relevent windows options have been changed to disable any acceleration etc I have been troubleshooting nearly non stop since getting it on sunday night... If I could send it back to amazon and swap for an m60 I would do it with no hesitation... unfortunately no where I have checked stocks it anymore.

Sorry for the long post but I needed to let off some steam. Any thoughts or anything feel free to post below.
