please help! brought my drive home from work to catch up, and i cannot see it via usb the connection. this is a new well kept rarely used drive. the drive is on (blue) battery green and bolt blue, i have wifi off as i'm home (not sure of ip address/password set ups for home use). i've rebooted both the drive and my laptop. out of ideas.
i've also tried another laptop, no luck seeing the drive either. i have now figured out how to see it via wifi/share, but it only comes up with a folder EFS and nothing in it.
how can i see my work files?
i could lose my job over this, please help, and thanks in advance.
