H100i questions regarding RMA

Hi.



So I've got an approved RMA(ticket 6436860), which is good, however I can't leave my PC unusable for the 2-3 weeks that I guess shipping will take from norway to netherlands and back.

The support manager said I could get an advanced RMA by calling corsair, and thanks to Skype I have come through to Corsair support. However I have "spoken"(bad english) with Corsair a couple of times now, and they do not have the H100i in stock.



My questions;

How fast is usually Corsair with RMA?

Is really Advanced RMA any better than standard RMA?

Do Corsair Support often run out of stock of their own products?



And how will this be in regards of customs and VAT and stuff?



By the way, this is not meant as a rant of any kind, just me wondering.. And I'm sorry if these question are completely way off.
