I raised this ticket regarding fluctuating voltage from my power supply 3 days ago and have still not received a response.
I have tried to use the live chat service to chase this, but it has said 'Please hold while you're connected to and agent.' for about 40 minutes now.
Please can you let me know when I can expect a response to the above ticket?
