I just did send a Corsair PSU for RMA but i didnt have the original box. Its ok?
Another question.
Here in Brazil, there are some issues when the new product arrive. One is the absence of the -translating- "natural person registry" (CPF) on invoice. This is not asked when we access corsair.secure.force. And the fact that Corsair put 1$ for the value of the product, but here not always create a problem.
Is normal Corsair send back with the information like this? Or is more a subject to talk with UPS?
