Cannot register at corsair.force.com

I have a 120Gb SSD here thats dead as a doornail and trying to start the RMA process but I am not receiving my temp password after the initial registration.



I also tried "forgot my password" link to see if that would jumpstart things but also nothing.



Please advise.
