I just received and installed my first SSD and have some questions for the experts.
I noticed that detected total space is not 128GB but 119GB, is this normal for a SSD? I though this only happened with HDD.
Well, I want to install the OS into the SSD, I want to know what is the best method:
1. Migrate OS from HDD to SSD.
2. Complete OS reinstall into the SSD.
I'm more about a complete reinstall of Win8.1 but I want to know if migration with an image of the old HDD partition is viable and won't have performance issues?
What would you recommend?
