Corsair H100 fans upgrading.

Hello,

i have corsair H100 with four stock fans in push pull.The perfomance is very good but the noise is very high,so i want to replace the stock fans.

I am thinking to buy http://ift.tt/Ts1Jif in push pull configuration.Will the perforfance and the noise be better compared to the stock fans?
