Ok - I have a corsair H100i (which is performing miserably) but that's besides the point. I don't want to run the corsair link software perpetually as I have other means of monitoring my temps and don't need to double up on software.
I do like the changing LED based on cpu temp however. Am I correct in assuming the Software must be installed and running for that feature to work?
If not, great! If so - I'll probably have to settle for setting the fans to high and setting the LED to a preferential color and calling it a day.
