Question about h110 leaking warranty.

Soon I am going to build a new system and I was looking at the h110 to keep it cool, but I am paranoid about it leaking and destroying my parts, so my question is: if the h110 would leak because it is faulty, would I be re-imbursed for the dead parts (after checking them in your lab ofcourse). If they would be re-imbursed I will choose the h110 for sure!
