Vengeance 2000 Charging Problem

Hello folks, here's my problem whenever i try to charge my headseat light goes blinking amber, then after few minutes of charging it goes solid green for a second, then solid amber, then blinking amber and then solid green again, it does it again and again. I'm not sure if the headset is actually charging while doing this or not. So please if you manage to have any info that could help me it will be really appreciated.
