Vengeance 1500 low mic please help me

hello, I have a headset vengeance in 1500, and use the latest drivers, version 2.0.26, but when I do any recording, as in audacity, recording leaves a very low volume, and the microphone volume is already at 100 need help, I use windows 8.1 thank you
