corsair Vengeance k70 rgb dose not work

hello all

this is first post

i have proplem with my new keyboard

its just does not work

when win7 start up i can go to bios or safe mod but when sign in keyboard dont work anymore

i have download softwear and it doesnot work

my mouse is steelseries sensei and someone say proplem form steelseries software i delet him and again does not work

someone say proplem from razer software and i delet him and again does not work
