Set key combo to profile/mode switch

Is there currently a way to change profiles or modes with a key combination ?



I was thinking, " man ! i wish there were extra lighting mode buttons you could assign profiles to "



Then i thought,



what if instead of dedicated modes, we could assign key combos.



for instance: right alt + right control + numpad1 = profile rainbow

for instance: right alt + right control + numpad0 = profile matrix

and so on.



can that be done now? sorry if it can and i've missed it on the manual.
