After opening up and installing my new Corsair Gaming K70 RGB, I installed the software utility from the website. Within about 30 seconds of opening it, the program asked me to update the keyboards firmware. After downloading the file and pointing the program to it, the update percentage stayed at 0% for a couple minutes before crashing. After opening the utility again, the device's firmware is listed as '?', and the status is 'Malfunction'. It keeps asking me to update the firmware whenever I open up the program afterwards, and crashes every time once I hit the 'Update' button. What should I do?
