Hello I 've bought a pair of 2x4GB sticks back in 2011 and no problems so far regarding performance and reliability. But some days ago I opened my case to clean it up and I saw one of the ram heatsinks being out of alignment. When I tried removing the stick the heatsink was moving like it was unsealed!
I removed both sticks (one is fine) and noticed that the heatsink was glued on the ram module and probably due to heat glue has soften. I put back the ram sticks but as it is now one of those hasn't properly attached the vengeance heatsink so that stick isn't being cooled the way it is supposed to.
AFAIK this pair has a lifetime warranty can I have this issue fixed?
